One of my favourite cities in the UK is Cardiff. It holds so many memories from my childhood visits to see my parents families in the South Wales Valleys. The City has changes a lot over the year with the developments at Cardiff Bay as well as the new shopping areas in the City Centre.

The old covered market hasn’t changed, and is still the best place to get Bread Pudding and Welsh Cakes !
